PG Projects online has a few shipping methods.
• SAPO Speed Services to counter or counter
• SAPO normal post
• Fastway Courier Services – currently only Johannesburg – next day delivery
• Collect – you are welcome to collect your purchase from our store to save on delivery charges.
Parcel insurance option
Upon checkout you will asked to select or de-select the insurance option(use only for SAPO shipping), on default it is already selected.
SAPO charges a 2 percent insurance rate and is limited up to R 5000.00 (previously 2 percent, max R 10 000)
If the insurance rate is not selected for SAPO, we will not insure your parcel, we will not be held liable for missing or damaged parcels
Please do not select insurance for collections, using own couriers, or other shipping options.

Please note SAPO overnight services, SAPO 5-6 days and normal couriers as follows:

We are an online shop, we do not keep stock of all the equipment listed here.
All parcels will be shipped as quickly as possible; we know you needed the parcel like yesterday.
There are deadlines for the overnight service offered, allow 1 - 2 days at least for overnight delivery.
Most of our orders is completed in the morning by next working day where all current orders is shipped. This allows for preparation of packages, labelling and making sure the order is complete to ship.
If an order is placed before 10am, it is likely to be shipped same day.

Collection at post office:

You will be emailed a tracking number.
Take the tracking number with South African ID to the post office number the parcel is send to
Your parcel will be handed to you at the counter
Tracking can either be done online within your customer order page or at sapo.co.za or phone SAPO Speed services customer care number 0860 023 133 office hours

Post office numbers:

Make sure your post office number is correct
Example 1: our area post office area code is 1745, my nearest post office is 1752. We rather will use 1752 for the post office number.
Example 2: Our area is Kenmare, Krugersdorp, 1745. The parcel will go to Krugersdorp post office - not the nearest

Goods can be delivered overnight to Post office counter, but at a substantial delivery cost that are charged by couriers.
You will have to sign for your parcel at the counter if you want it sent to your Post Office
Overnight shipping is available to your post office counter, you can collect

Prices depend on box dimensions or weight factor, a typical alarm system weighs between 7 to 11Kg
Shipping price includes our wrapping and handling taking care of all the fragile items
Bigger parcels will be machine strapped to ensure no tampering of goods.
Please note - Shipping charges may be re-calculated by us after purchasing in case we find the shipping cost is insufficient, or as a customer you can advise us on alternative shipping methods.
Heavy goods such as gate motors, fencing brackets and so on is not so ecconomical to send via SAPO

Returns

All products and items are inspected before shipping. All products/items sold carry a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee of minimum 1 year or else 2 years if specifically specified and will be honored by PG Projects. Should any item or component be defective beyond doubt, all you have to do is contact us and we will arrange/facilitate a replacement within 7 days of purchase, after 7 days item will be sent for repairs or will be exchanged on suppliers discretion.
